Speech and Language Assessment and Reports
At Glow Speech Pathology and Services we have a range of formal and informal standardised assessments available for several range of practice areas including:
- Paediatric Speech – DEAP
- Paediatric Language – CELF P3 and CELF 5
- Paediatric Communication – CCC-2
Adult Communication – CC-A - Literacy – TOWRE 2 (Reading)
- Narrative Language – TNL2
- Social and Emotional – DASAL
- Feeding and swallowing assessments – Mealtime Management
- Plans and Dysphagia Reports
We use the appropriate assessments in addition to our informal screeners, observations within all environments, conversations with participants, their families and supports to provide a holistic report. Please be aware that due to the nature of assessments these will be based more on the medical model of disability even though we attempt to administer these assessments with a neurodiverse affirming lens. Therefore, assessments and reports will only be completed if directly requested.
